CLM Spring Meeting

We see these forums as an important part of your membership with AuSAE, enabling you to connect with other association CEOs and influencers, transfer knowledge and take learnings back to your association.
These events will only be open to CEOs/executive directors of membership organisations that are members of AuSAE. All meetings will have a topical speaker. They will be held under The Chatham House Rule and sector suppliers won’t be asked to participate unless they are invited to present their product to the meeting.

Description: Cultural Diversity, Competency and Ethical eadership

We recognise the importance of understanding and respecting diverse cultural perspectives and enhancing ethical leadership around the principles of Te Reo.

Throughout the course, you will gain valuable insights into cultural awareness, communication, and sensitivity, equipping you with the skills needed to engage effectively with individuals from various backgrounds. By fostering cultural competency alongside ethical leadership, you will be well-prepared to navigate the complexities of our interconnected world and contribute positively to a more inclusive and harmonious society.

This workshop is designed for Association Executives seeking to enhance their ethical leadership skills while embracing the principles of Te Reo Values. Explore the core values of Rangatiratanga, Manaakitanga, Whanaungatanga, Aroha, Kotahitanga, Mātātoa, and Wairuatanga, and learn how to integrate them into your role effectively.Course Highlights:
