About the role
We're seeking an undergraduate Marketing Coordinator/Assistant for a three-day-a-week commitment for the remainder of the year. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your university commitments, including the option for one remote workday per week. This role is perfect for students eager to build valuable experience in marketing, events, and content creation while working in a dynamic and supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of member events, managing logistics, catering, and vendor relations.
• Create engaging content for social media, email marketing (eDMs), and promotional materials.
• Design digital assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Schedule and manage monthly social media content.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Help coordinate our industry conference, liaising with exhibitors, sponsors, and event partners.
• Provide exceptional member service, collecting feedback and identifying areas for improvement.

About you

• Currently studying or have completed an undergraduate degree in marketing.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite (highly regarded but not essential)
