About the Company
Revise Recruitment has partnered with the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS) to recruit a Marketing Manager to cover a maternity leave period of 10 Months.
  
AIBS is the national peak body representing building surveying professionals across Australia. AIBS sets professional standards, accredits building surveyors and advocates on behalf of the profession nationally. Through this work, AIBS helps ensure the highest levels of competence and integrity across the profession, giving governments, industry and the community confidence in the work building surveyors perform.

About the Role
Reporting to the CEO and working as part of the Executive Leadership Team, you'll lead the marketing function, driving strategies that strengthen the brand, grow membership, increase engagement and support revenue.
  
This is a broad, standalone role combining strategy with hands-on delivery. You'll manage campaigns, digital marketing, website content, communications, events, publications and member engagement initiatives while working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  
About the Person
You're a confident, hands-on marketing professional who enjoys owning your work and making things happen.
  
You combine strategic thinking with strong execution, thrive in smaller organisations and build trusted relationships with stakeholders. Experience in a membership organisation, association or not-for-profit environment will be highly regarded.
  
Duties

  • Develop and deliver the marketing strategy
  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Manage the website, email marketing and social media
  • Produce marketing content, publications and member communications
  • Drive event and education marketing
  • Develop member engagement and marketing automation initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance and manage external agencies

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role
  • Strong digital marketing and communications experience
  • Website and CMS experience
  • Excellent copywriting and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Membership, association or NFP experience highly regarded
