The AuSAE LINC conference organising committee is now accepting original papers and presentations that address the 2019 conference theme and focus.

Applications to speak at the 2019 Conference will close on 15 January 2019.

This event will welcome 180 senior leaders and aspiring leaders from the New Zealand and Australian not-for-profit sector. We will be promoting this event extensively to our database of 10,000+ Association Executives across New Zealand and Australia.

The key deliverable of all presentations at the LINC Conference is professional development and practical solutions for CEO's/ED, Membership, Communication and Event managers of New Zealand and Australia membership and not-for-profit (NFP) organisations.

Applications must address an aspect of the conference theme and focus areas:
Theme: Making Waves - adapting to change 

Presentations should assist delegates to recognise these types of trends, insights and defined learning objectives  and ideas to drive successful organisational transformation to ensure organisational sustainability and growth.

Topic Areas
Applications should reference the conference theme (above) in conjunction with one of the following areas:

• Membership – implemented ideas, national trends and insights
• Projects - awards or successful campaigns you want to share  
• Leadership - hidden secrets in the volunteer space 
• Digital Marketing and Trends - what are your members responding to   
• Good Governance - systems & processes for NFP's
• Conferencing and Events - marketing initiatives and tips and tricks, CPD
• Organisational Development - what is working for you? And want to share that will help others

Selection Criteria
Presentations must focus on the association and not-for-profit management, and/or the CEO leadership level of knowledge, and provide clear learning outcomes and practical solutions, processes or tools for delegates.
Preference is likely to be given to applications that cover advanced knowledge, contain practical information, take-aways and tools, and that use applied or evidence-based research.
