Join other sector leaders for an insightful presentation from Adrian Cosenza, Chief Executive Officer at the Australian Orthopaedic Association. In his address Adrian will outline contemporary global practice in leadership and strategy applicable for all not-for-profit organisations. More specifically Adrian will cover adaptable leadership as the new competitive advantage and the necessary ingredients for leading organisational transformations.

Adrian will also discuss the 3Rs of preparing your organisation; rethink your playing field, redefine your ambition and reshape how you work.

The Speaker
Adrian Cosenza, Chief Executive Officer at Australian Orthopaedic Association

Adrian is the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Orthopaedic Association (AOA) joining AOA in July 2010. Adrian is an experienced CEO (10 years) and seasoned director and executive leader having served in executive capacity in three industries in both for profit and not for profit sectors including medical education, technology and banking and finance.

He is also currently CEO of AOA Research Foundation, and Chair of Australasian Sarcoma Study Group (ASSG). Over the past 25 years Adrian has served on the Board of 12 companies covering four industries in four individual international jurisdictions. Adrian has an MBA from IMD (International Management Development Institute, Lausanne Switzerland). IMD is ranked number 1 in executive education worldwide and is expert in developing global leaders through high impact executive education. Adrian also has a Masters of Commerce and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW. Adrian is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, The Financial Services Institute and CPA Australia. Adrian's passion is working with and leading teams to achieve better outcomes for all stakeholders.
