The Role
Ready to play a key role in supporting the next generation of medical specialists?
As our Project Officer, Training Operations, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting the delivery of RANZCR's Clinical Radiology and Radiation Oncology training programs across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

Working closely with trainees, Directors of Training, Supervisors and training networks, you'll help trainees navigate their training requirements and key College processes. You’ll coordinate applications, review information against program requirements, resolve inquiries and make sure important training activities and requirements stay on track.

You'll have opportunities to solve problems, improve processes and contribute to projects that make our training programs work better. You'll help implement system and process changes, develop practical resources and guidance, analyse training information, and work with teams across RANZCR to improve the experience for trainees and other stakeholders.

You'll also work across systems including Dynamics 365, SharePoint and riser ePortfolio, help maintain high-quality training data and support reporting and committee activities.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and working with people. You'll need to be organised and comfortable managing competing priorities, but you'll also have plenty of opportunity to build your knowledge, take ownership of your work and contribute ideas for doing things better.

As part of a purpose-driven organisation, your work will help support the next generation of radiology and radiation oncology specialists across Australia and New Zealand.
