About the Company

Revise has partnered with Causeis, the leading and most awarded iMIS consulting partner globally.

Working exclusively within the association sector, Causeis helps clients improve member experience, operational performance and digital capability through technology and transformation utilising the iMIS platform.

Recognised as a Great Place to Work and a four-time Global iMIS Partner of the Year since 2020, Causeis offers a collaborative environment with a strong focus on innovation, professional development and growth.

About the Role

This is a client-facing project delivery role where you'll manage the moving parts that keep an implementation on track: project plans, timelines, scope, budgets, risks, documentation and communication.

You'll work directly with clients to understand their requirements, asking questions and challenging thinking where appropriate to get clarity around what they actually need. You'll then work closely with Causeis consultants and technical specialists to ensure requirements and deliverables are understood, and projects continue to move forward.

You'll be accountable for keeping projects structured, communicating progress and escalating roadblocks when required.

As part of a consulting environment, you'll also need to be comfortable managing your time against client projects and working within agreed scope and budgets.

About the Person

You could already be delivering CRM, technology or digital projects, or you may be working within a membership association, peak body or not-for-profit in a membership, events or similar role where project delivery is a significant part of what you do.

Whichever path you've taken, you'll know how to coordinate multiple moving parts, manage timelines and budgets, work across different stakeholders and keep projects progressing.

You'll be confident asking questions rather than simply accepting a brief at face value. You'll want to understand what people actually need, clarify requirements, identify potential issues and work with stakeholders to determine practical solutions.

You'll be highly organised, curious and comfortable managing competing priorities. If you're coming directly from the association sector, you'll also bring valuable first-hand understanding of membership organisations, their stakeholders and how they operate.

Duties

  • Coordinate medium to large client projects, including CRM implementations
  • Manage project timelines, scope and budgets across assigned projects
  • Facilitate project planning, requirements gathering and task scheduling
  • Work with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, reports and documentation
  • Manage project registers covering risks, issues, dependencies and decisions
  • Participate in client and project meetings, documenting actions and outcomes
  • Identify project roadblocks and escalate issues when required

Skills & Experience

  • Experience delivering or coordinating projects
  • Strong client and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
  • Confidence asking questions, clarifying requirements and working with stakeholders to determine effective solutions
  • High attention to detail with strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with project and technical teams
  • Experience with IT, database, CRM or web projects will be highly regarded
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday, WorkflowMax, SmartSheet or similar will be highly regarded
  • iMIS experience or Certified iMIS Professional and/or Administrator will be highly regarded
