Get Involved with AuSAE

We want to help you get the most from your AuSAE membership and support you to achieve success and fulfilment in your career.

As association professionals, we know that you get more from membership when you have opportunities to connect, contribute, learn and share. We also understand that busy schedules and competing priorities can make it difficult to get involved.

That’s why there’s no one way to be an active AuSAE member. Get involved in the ways that work for you, your role and your schedule.

Ways to Get Involved

  • Share your expertise – contribute your knowledge, experience and best practice with your peers.
  • Attend events – join conferences, webinars, workshops and networking opportunities to learn and connect.
  • Join the conversation – share ideas, ask questions and connect with other association professionals.
  • Volunteer – contribute to AuSAE initiatives, programs and activities.
  • Present or speak – share your experience and insights with the wider association community.
  • Mentor and support others – help emerging and experienced professionals learn from your experience.
  • Contribute content – share an article, case study, resource or practical insight with the community.
  • Connect with peers – build relationships with people facing similar challenges and opportunities across the sector.

Get Involved on Your Terms

You don’t need to do everything. Even small contributions can make a difference, to your own professional development and to the wider association community.

If you see an opportunity that interests you, or have an idea for how you’d like to contribute, we’d love to hear from you.
