Jenny Lloyd is responsible for developing Rusher Rogers’ new and existing client relationships, with a focus on business development, while mentoring trainee recruiters to provide the same level of service that all clients and candidates need and deserve. Jenny attributes her success to following a rigorous, detailed recruitment process coupled with a deep understanding of both client and candidate needs.
