Join AuSAE online for our first All Stars Webinar Event! We are pleased to welcome our U.S. Membership All Stars to the AuSAE screen – Mary Byers, Sarah Sladek and Sheri Jacobs.

During this live event our Membership All Stars panel will share their international perspective, and discuss and challenge our thinking on the membership world post COVID-19.

Our speakers will discuss how membership will shift and change, how associations will recover and prosper from this, and discuss what they are seeing, feeling and hearing from associations all over the world.

During a Q&A session, facilitated by AuSAE CEO Toni Brearley, our panel will discuss:

  • Themes emerging from associations around the world;
  • The fundamentals of membership – getting back to basics;
  • What will membership look like and how might associations change their membership models to best meet the needs of members in the new world;
  • What are the steps you need to take to assess your member value and benefits portfolio;
  • How do you keep engagement with members in a disconnected world;
  • Membership renewals and what to do; and
  • Opportunities from the crisis and how to harness this in a careful and considered way.
