Adele is an experienced Workplace Relations Consultant at FCB Group. During her time at FCB Adele has demonstrated exceptional experience in providing specialist employment relations advice to clients across a wide range of industries.
Adele’s work regularly involves assisting clients with the case management of a broad range of workplace relations matters including risky terminations, restructure and redundancy and managing ill or injured workers. In addition to this Adele is experienced in undertaking compliance audits, providing advice on modern award interpretation and compliance, and providing employment relations training.
Adele works closely with client’s across a wide range of industries and has particular experience within the retail, fitness, health and recruitment/on-hire industries. Adele has significant experience in advisory matters and values a strong focus on practical commercial outcomes for clients.
