ACE 2021 VIRTUAL CONFERENCE -TECHNICAL SUPPORT

AuSAE’s ACE Reimagined Virtual Conference 2021 begins at 1 pm -5 pm AEST on Monday 2 August, and continues through Tuesday 3 August!

ACE 2021 is being run on a state-of-the-art virtual events platform so we thank you for patience as we put the final touches on the platform to ensure you have the best possible experience.

Here's some information about how to access and navigate the virtual portal, troubleshoot issues and other tips and tricks for getting the most out of your experience!

 Virtual Portal Login Details

Go to the website - https://portalapp.icmsmeetings.eventsair.com/VirtualAttendeePortal/ace2021/ausae and use your email and PIN to login that has been sent to you directly.

Please check your spam folder if you have not received them or phone
ACE live support team on 03 9810 0200.

We encourage you to login as soon as possible, to make sure you can access the portal. We’ve attached a PDF which shows how to navigate the virtual portal.

Once you login, please complete your profile contact details. We encourage everyone to upload a photo of yourself - this will assist with connecting and networking with other attendees or exhibitors.

 Technical Information and Troubleshooting

The virtual portal is compatible with most browsers but is optimised for Google Chrome. We recommend joining using a computer, as other devices such as smart phones and tablets won’t give you the best user experience.

  • If you experience any technical issues or error messages, try refreshing your browser. This resolves most issues.
  • The preferred web browser is Google Chrome. If the link to the portal automatically opens in a different browser, copy the link and paste it into Google Chrome. Safari is not recommended, but some other current web browsers, such as the latest version of Microsoft Edge, should work.
  • Check that your headphones/headset is connected.
  • Is your internet connection working correctly? Ensure you have a stable internet connection, particularly when sharing your camera, such as joining networking sessions and meeting with exhibitors.
  • If you encounter any issues participating when sharing your camera, this could be due to your Wi-Fi security settings. If this occurs, we recommend speaking with IT. Otherwise, simply connect to another internet network, such as hot-spotting to your phone.

If you experience any issues in the virtual portal, click on Live Support or the red icon with the headset to access the ICMS support team during scheduled event times.

 The Meeting Hub

The Meeting Hub is a great way for you to connect with other attendees. Search for other likeminded participants to make new connections or re-connect with old colleagues. The Meeting Hub will allow you to chat, hold instant meetings or schedule a meeting for another time during the event. All attendees can create video calls for groups of up to six participants’. The Meeting Hub will be open for the duration of the event.

If you are still unable to login please call the ACE live support team on  03 9810 0200.

Looking forward to ‘seeing’ you there!
