Would you like to have breakfast with other senior executives from associations, charities and other not-for-profits? Join us for a scrumptious meal, some high level networking and a presentation from our guest speaker.
The Topic
Boiled Frogs and Faulty Guillotines (Dealing with never ending change) deals with the issues around resistance to change and shares some basic tools for getting people and organisations out of ‘stuck’, because as Jack Welsh once said:
‘When the rate of change outside the organisation exceeds the rate of change within the organisation, the end is in sight.’
The Speaker
Ann Andrews CSP is a seriously inspirational entrepreneur who teaches organisations and individuals how to learn, unlearn and relearn so they can face any change and any challenge likely to hit their lives or their business.
Ann’s early experience in the military exposed her to astounding leadership skills and an unusual way of working that still amazes people. For the past 20 years Ann has passed on those skills to some of the largest corporates in New Zealand, showing them how a simple change in thinking can massively change their personal and business results. She has worked with several organizations for a number of years. The Department of Conservation had her work with various teams around the South Island; Powerco did the same with their teams in the North Island. She has worked with the manufacturing sector; banking; insurance; recruitment, the airline sector. She even had a stint working with the NZ Police.
