The Member Flywheel: Association Exec Roundtable

At this executive roundtable breakfast, we'll explore the application of the flywheel principle to association membership, aiming to elevate member value, experience, and engagement.

What is the flywheel principle? If you’ve read Jim Collins, you might recall him introducing the concept in his book Good to Great. That there is no single defining action in building a great organisation, "...rather, the process resembles relentlessly pushing a giant, heavy flywheel, turn upon turn, building momentum until a point of breakthrough, and beyond."

Leaders across diverse sectors are successfully harnessing the flywheel effect for organisational growth. In this session we'll help you crystallize and align the components of your specific flywheel.

    We'll discuss:

    • Strategies to capture the drivers and build member flywheel momentum.
    • Simplifying member retention through the modern member flywheel model; and
    • Delivering ongoing personalised member engagement to fuel sustained growth and success for your association.

    Our hosts:

    • Paul Ramsbottom, Managing Director at ASI
    • Mark Glynn, Performance Improvement Leader at ASI
    • Shearne Ramage, Client Performance Improvement Leader at ASI
The roundtable will be hosted by ASI, the developers of iMIS. ASI is a proud AuSAE Premium Alliance Partner.
