These special AuSAE Workshops are suitable for anyone tasked with organisational planning, board liaison, managing staff or those who are currently CEO, executive, management or on Boards of associations and other not for profits.
We all know that good governance is vital for an organisation to achieve the impact it wants. Though good governance can sometimes be elusive. Attend this workshop to explore what lies behind both high quality governance and governance challenges. Specifically the training will explore:

Mary-Jane cofounded NZ’s Inspiring Communities and currently chairs the Board.
