Professionals are welcome to register for the full day (including both the AM: How to deliver a successful website  sessions and PM: Is you brand relevant to your members and ) or register for the AM or PM session only. Please find information on both Workshops below.     
   

AM Session: How to deliver a successful website for your organisation.

Your website is one of your organisation’s most important assets. This workshop will provide you with solid information on how to deliver a successful website which will help your organisation achieve strategic goals, improve efficiencies and enhance engagement.


This workshop will cover everything from initial planning to going live and beyond. You will not be bamboozled with technical jargon – terms will be explained in simple language, in order to grow your depth of knowledge and give you confidence when dealing with your own website.


The following questions are examples of what will be covered:

  • Is my current website cutting the mustard?
  • Do I need a website if I’m using social media?
  • How much should I be paying for a new website & ongoing services e.g. hosting?
  • How do I scope the project?
  • How should I manage my website’s security?
  • How do I ensure my project runs on time and within budget?
  • Who owns my website?

This workshop will benefit anyone needing to embark on a new website project for their organisation, or who would like to learn more about the fundamentals of websites and the web development process. 

  

PM Session: Is your brand relevant to your members? How to rebrand well.

Your brand is a foundational piece in your marketing communication; it communicates who you are and what you do, confirms your credibility, encourages loyalty and ultimately adds value to your organisation. This workshop will help you to evaluate whether your current brand is doing your organisation justice, or whether it’s time for a rebrand.

 

The following questions are examples of what will be covered:

  • Does my organisation need to rebrand?
  • If so, how do I get the board/my team onside?
  • How do I scope the project?
  • Who should I work with to deliver the rebrand?
  • What is the rebrand process, including timeframes?
  • What should a rebrand cost? 
  • How do I ensure my project runs on time and within budget?

 

This workshop will benefit anyone who is considering a rebrand for their organisation, or would like to learn more about the fundamentals of branding and the rebranding process.
