Belinda Moore, Managing Director, Strategic Membership Solutions


Belinda is Australasia’s foremost membership specialist and has assisted thousands of membership based not-for-profit organisations with their challenges. She specialises in training, motivating and up-skilling boards, staff and volunteers to improve membership performance. She is the author of two books including "The Membership Machine" and "Membership Fundamentals". More recently she authored the popular paper "Membership is Dead?" which forecasts future trends for member based organisations. Belinda has worked with professional associations, industry associations, community organisations, charities and other not-for-profit organisations to assist them to powerful improve their membership growth and develop other income streams. Belinda's current positions include: Managing Director of Strategic Membership Solutions, Board Member at Diabetes Australia - Queensland, and Online Communities Coordinator for Mackenzie Neighbourhood Watch.
